CLO Live Online Learning
Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) training is to a certain extent an extended version of the accredited Responsible Service of Gambling course. This workshop covers your obligations under the Gaming Machine Act 1991, Gaming Machine Regulation 2002 as well as the Queensland Responsible Gambling Code of Practice. There is a special focus on dealing with problems that may arise in a gaming environment. CLO training is pertinent to Queensland only and is not nationally recognised training. This course is delivered either in house at a venue (for a group - contact QHA for more information) or by video conferencing as a public training course.
