Venues must ensure every facet of their operation complies with liquor and related legislation and adheres to community standards. This training is delivered via a one day attendance course designed for hospitality professionals seeking to obtain an approved licensee or manager licence, and for current licence holders undertaking mandatory three-yearly recertification.
