Overview
BTAQ Consulting was founded by John Matus, a highly experienced former Federal Agent who trained and operated internationally in the field of Behavioural Detection.
This course will provide your staff with the skills to easily identify a persons behaviour and how to apply methods learnt with regards to behavioural awareness.
Two different courses will be available:
Human Behaviour Training
2-hour awareness training specifically developed as a means for organisations to provide a broad cross-section of staff with an awareness of the capability of Behavioural Detection in identifying threats. This Awareness Course also provides techniques to enhance staff situational awareness.
Human Behaviour Training Foundations
5-hour specialised classroom-based course delivering Behavioural Detection techniques. Provides operational staff with the knowledge to understand why suspicious behaviour occurs and to confidently identify and refer suspicious activity.
