Overview

The Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) training is to a certain extent an extended version of the accredited Responsible Service of Gambling course. This workshop covers your obligations under the Gaming Machine Act 1991, Gaming Machine Regulation 2002 as well as the Queensland Responsible Gambling Code of Practice. Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) training is an industry short course that assists venues and gaming staff to meet their legislative requirements, venue responsibilities and appropriate procedures to folow if a patron wishes to exclude themselves. CLO training is pertinent to Queensland and is not nationally recognised training.
