Overview

The Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) training is to a certain extent an extended version of the accredited Responsible Service of Gambling course. This workshop covers your obligations under the Gaming Machine Act 1991, Gaming Machine Regulation 2002 as well as the Queensland Responsible Gambling Code of Practice.
