GNT LIVE ONLINE LEARNING
Overview
Gaming Nominee Training (GNT) is a compliance course for managers or senior staff who are responsible for a venue’s gaming machines. The Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) requires every gaming venue in Queensland to have a member of staff holding a Gaming Nominee licence. This licence can only be granted to a person who is appointed to the position by an employer. This training course covers the legal responsibilities and best practice management techniques in accordance with Queensland legislation. GNT is only pertinent to Queensland and is not nationally recognised training..
Video Connect
The GNT course is also delivered in a video conferencing format for those who are unable to attend QHA training venues around the State. Participants log in to the QHA virtual classroom via a PC, laptop, tablet or other device. A reliable internet connection and a webcam is required as is the capacity (microphone) to allow active participation in this live training environment, as it would for an attendance course.
