CLO training is an industry short course that assists venues and gaming staff to meet their legislative requirements, venue responsibilities and appropriate procedures to follow if a patron wishes to exclude themselves. CLO training is pertinent to Queensland only and is not nationally recognised training. This course is delivered either in house at a venue (for a group - contact QHA for more information) or by video conferencing as a public training course.
