This includes how to identify minors or unduly intoxicated or disorderly patrons, which can result in a refusal of service, and identification and assistance to customers who may have a potential problem gambling issue. Course assessments include providing evidence of a refusal of service, amongst other things, in a simulated industry environment (RSA).
