Venues must ensure every facet of their operation complies with liquor and related legislation and adheres to community standards. RMLV training assists managers by delivering a range of management techniques as well as legislative compliance. QHA is authorised by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) to deliver this training package. RMLV is only pertinent to Queensland and is not nationally recognised training. \n\nOUTLINE\nThis training is delivered via a one day attendance course designed for hospitality professionals seeking to obtain an approved licensee or manager licence\, and for current licence holders undertaking mandatory three-yearly recertification. Elements covered include the legal and legislative operating framework\, licences and permits\, safety and risk management strategies\, and best practice venue and patron management.
